Insurance Information

Nurture Family Center does not accept insurance. The owner and clinicians at the Center believe in therapy and believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. However, there are some difficult realities about using insurance for therapy services. For instance, the requirement for a firm diagnosis, insurance companies having full access to your therapy notes, and insurance companies dictating how many sessions are available to you. For a more complete explanation of why Nurture operates as an "out of pocket" practice, take a look at their insurance information at the link below.

To support those who may rely on insurance coverage to the best of our ability, Nurture Family Center is happy to provide clients with a Superbill* for each of their sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

*A Superbill is a document outlining therapy services that includes the necessary billing codes your insurance company needs to reimburse you.
