EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
EMDR Therapy is a heavily researched, evidence-based, therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses passive bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess memories, and reduce their emotional intensity. It is highly effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and other trauma-related conditions.
